Little Hearts, an initiative of Wockhardt Foundation (“Foundation”), financially supports for the surgery of underprivileged children with congenital heart defects. In furtherance of this initiative, all expenses necessary for the treatment of such children shall be provided by the Foundation. The Foundation shall, in turn, through their Warriors seek donations from concerned persons (“Donor”), in order to provide the requisite financial assistance.

This policy is applicable to all members of the Foundation. It includes the employees, staff, third-party contractors, Warriors and others with access to the Donor’s, the Foundation’s and otherwise restricted information.
4. Information Privacy
4.1. General Policy
The Foundation limits the collection, use, disclosure or storage of information to that which reasonably serves the Foundation’s interests, or other legally required purposes. The Foundation shall not sell or trade the contact details of the Donor to any other person or organization. The Foundation shall only use personal information for the purpose for which it was collected. The Foundation shall only use personal information for longer than is required for the purposes for which the information can lawfully be used, or as otherwise required under any other law. The Donor has the right to review the information provided, and to ask for inaccurate or deficient information to be corrected. Sensitive personal information of Donor shall not be disclosed by the Foundation, except in accordance with the provisions of existing laws.
Such collection, use, disclosure and storage should comply with applicable laws and regulations, and Foundation policies. The Foundation may disclose information in the course of investigations and lawsuits, in response to court orders, for the proper functioning of the Foundation, to protect the safety and wellbeing of individuals or the community, and as required by law.
5. Collection of Information
You browse the Site anonymously. We do not require you to identify yourself or reveal any Personal Information while browsing through the Site. However, you may not be able to access certain sections of the Site or interact with us without supplying us with Personal Information. For instance, you would not be able to transact at the Site or make any donations at the Site, without providing the Site with Personal Information. If you desire to register yourself at the Site, you would be required to provide your Personal Information.
While you are browsing through the Site, the Site’s operating system may automatically record some general information (“General Information”) about your visit such as:
(i) The date and time you visit the Site, along with the address of the previous website you were visiting, if you linked to us from another website
(ii) The type of browser you are using (such as Internet Explorer version ‘X’)
This General Information is not Personal Information. The Foundation’s tracking system does not record personal information about individuals or link this information to any Personal Information collected from you.
The General Information is used by the Foundation for statistical analysis, for tracking overall traffic patterns on the Site and to gauge the public interest in the Foundation and the Site. Such General Information may be shared by the Foundation with any person, at the Foundation’s sole discretion.
6. Usage of Information
Personal Information will be used by the Foundation for internal purposes including the following:
(i) Sending you inter alia emails, features, promotional material, surveys, brochures, catalogues, Foundation Annual Report, reminders for donations, regular updates on the utilisation of donations by the Foundation and other updates.
(ii) Processing your donations to the Foundation and purchases of the Foundation’s products on the Site.
(iii) Delivering the Foundation’s products you have purchased on the Site /Receipt for donations made by you to the Foundation.
(iv) Maintaining an internal confidential database of all the Personal Information collected from visitors to the Site.
(v) Evaluating and administering the Site and the Foundation’s activities, responding to any problems that may arise and gauging visitor trends on the Site.

8. Disclosure of Personal Information by the Foundation
8.1. Within the Wockhardt Foundation, access to Personal Information collected by the Foundation will be given only to those persons who are authorised by the Foundation and third parties hired by the Foundation to perform administrative services. The Foundation will provide access to third parties for inter alia entering and managing Personal Information in the Foundation’s Database, processing your orders or donations preparing address labels, sending emails, which require such third parties to have access to your Personal Information. The Foundation cannot guarantee that such parties will keep your Personal Information confidential and the Foundation will not be liable in any manner for any loss of confidentiality attributable to such third parties.
8.2. The Foundation may share Personal Information with any of persons who are associated with the Foundation, including companies and non-governmental organisations affiliated with the Foundation in any manner. The Foundation will retain ownership rights over such information and will share only such portions of the Personal Information as it deems fit.
8.3. The Foundation is not liable in any manner whatsoever for the loss, damage(whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental) or harm caused to you by the misuse of your Personal Information by a third party who is not an employee of the Foundation.
8.4. Notwithstanding anything contained herein or any other contract between you and the Foundation, the Foundation reserves the right to disclose any Personal Information about you without notice or consent as needed to satisfy any requirement of law, regulation, legal request or legal investigation, to conduct investigations of breaches of law, to protect the Site, to protect the Foundation and its property, to fulfil your requests, to protect our visitors and other persons and if required by the policy of the Foundation.

9.2. The Foundation however does not make any express or implied warranty with respect to the security measures that it may employ from time to time for the protection of the Personal Information.

The arrangement and compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of the Foundation and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Permission is given to use the resources of this Site only for the limited purposes of making enquiries, making a donation or placing an order for the purchase of the Foundation’s products. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content on this Site can only be made with the express permission of the Foundation. All other trademarks, brands and copyrights other than those belonging to the Foundation belong to their respective owners and are their property.
13.1. The Foundation takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. All donations once processed will not be refunded.
13.2. Recurring Payments: You can link your debit card, credit card or a bank account as a stored method of online payment. The online donations to the Foundation through your preferred method of Payment shall be on a recurring basis. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled and the Foundation will have no obligation to honour, stop, correct, reverse or recall the payment. The recurring donations authorize the Foundation to store and automatically charge your selected method of payment in the payment amount, without further consent or instructions from you. The Foundation shall not be liable for any penalty charge(s) levied by any bank or other financial institution upon you, in case of dishonour of a transaction for any reason(s). You shall additionally be liable in case of any penalty that might be charged to the Foundation if the recurring payment(s) through NEFT (NAACH) has failed.
In case of any changes made in the stored method of Payment, the recurring payment(s) associated with it may be temporarily paused or cancelled. Nevertheless in such a case, you may still owe such payment to the Foundation. If at any time you wish to stop the donations, you may contact your concerned Bank(s) to that effect and cancel the recurring transactions, before the next scheduled payment.
